Caregiving

Are you a caregiver experiencing stress and burnout from caring for others?

Minneapolis-based author Stuart Pimsler will offer a workshop for all caregivers focusing on his recent book, The Choreography of Care: Engaging Caregivers in Creative Expression.

Through movement and storytelling, participants will give creative expression to their stories and experience an opportunity for self care and connection with other caregivers.
