Tips & Tools for Alzheimer’s Advocates
Join the Alzheimer’s Association of MN-ND Chapter’s Public Policy and Communications staff for a virtual training on August 6 from 5-5:45 p.m. to gain tools you can use to strengthen your advocacy.
We’ll start with social media tips, including deciding when and what to post, how to tag your legislators in posts, ideas for images to include with your posts, and more. There’ll be time for Q + A with our communications staff.
Then, our public policy staff will show you where to find information to support your advocacy on our Alzheimer’s Impact Movement (AIM) portal. We’ll also demonstrate how you can quickly and accurately enter your advocacy actions into the portal, so we can track your efforts and maximize our impact.
This meeting will be recorded, but please register even if you can’t attend on August 6 so we can send you the recording.
Registration is required to attend. Register here.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
Thank you for your advocacy! Together, we can create a world without Alzheimer’s and all other dementias.
