Caregiver Courage is an open group for people in our community that are caregivers for a family member.  This group  meets on the first and third Wednesday of the month at 9:30 am.  If you know someone who is overwhelmed by their caregiving duties,  please let them know about this support group.

During support groups, caregivers learn and reinforce good self-care, give and receive encouragement, and enjoy support and understanding from others in similar situations.
